Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate, creative, and reliable Art Instructor to lead fun and educational art classes for our preschool and elementary students (grades Pre-K–5) as part of our 2025-2026 after-school program. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children and has a background in visual arts and/or art education. Start Date: September 2nd, 2025 Workdays: Mondays and Tuesdays Time: 3:30 to 5:45 p.m.  Direct Supervisor: Dean of Students Requirements Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver age-appropriate art lessons and activities. Introduce students to a variety of materials, techniques, and art styles. Foster a supportive, inclusive, and safe environment for creativity and self-expression. Manage classroom behavior and ensure student safety at all times. Prepare materials and maintain a clean, organized work area. Collaborate with site staff to support program goals and communicate with families. Qualifications: Experience working with children in a group setting (elementary age preferred). Background in art, art education, or related field. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Dependable, punctual, and organized. Bilingual (French & English) preferred.
