Location: Bay Area, California (On-site, but mostly in field, driving required) Employment Type: Part-Time (Approximately 20 hours/week) / Can consider full time Two compensation models available (see below) ⸻ Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and personable Field Sales Representative to promote and sell our vegan, gluten-free, no added sugar snack bars to retail locations throughout the Bay Area. You will visit grocery stores, coffee shops, juice bars, and similar outlets to introduce the product, build relationships, take and deliver orders, and support existing clients. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Drive your own car around assigned areas in the Bay Area • Visit potential B2B clients (e.g., grocery stores, cafés, juice bars) • Present products using a sample kit and marketing materials • Collect customer details (contact info, opening hours, etc.) • Take and record product orders / enter and update leads/tasks in CRM • Issue invoices and collect payments as needed • Deliver orders directly to clients • Visit existing clients to check product display, gather sales data, and take restocking orders ⸻ Requirements: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated and goal-oriented • Access to a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license • Familiarity with the Bay Area is a plus • Experience in sales or food distribution preferred • Passion for health-conscious or vegan products is a bonus ⸻ Compensation Options (Choose One): Option 1: Flexible Schedule – Commission-Only • 40% commission on first orders from new customers • 20% commission on repeat orders • Work on your own schedule Option 2: Fixed Schedule – Base + Commission • Hourly wage (Around minimum wage, TBD based on experience) • 15% commission on first orders from new customers • 10% commission on repeat orders • More structured hours and responsibilities We already have several customers in the Bay Area. 1 in 3 or 4 stores visited placed an order. First order amount is around 150 dollars. Successful stores order 300-500 dollars worth of goods per month.
