$700 Large bedroom for rent month-to-month, all inclusive of utilities (Richmond)

I have a large, beautiful, nicely furnished room for rent in downtown Richmond in a historic home. It's on a month-to-moth basis with all utilities included making budgeting very easy. It's very close to the center of town, EKU and close to I-75 making commuting very easy. Heat and air are separate in each room so for you to control as you wish. There's a laundry room with full sized washer/dryer, a large lot with fire pit and gardens, loads of street parking being on a corner lot and in a safe convenient area. There's only a 450 deposit which is refundable minus any damages and 30 day notice when planning to vacate. Some pets maybe considered as well, depending on breed and disposition. It's a very large home and there are two of use here already, myself and one other long term renter. The room for rent is on the second floor and we do all share one bathroom. That and the fact that all utilities are included means this is a rental offer for one more single person, not couples or families. It's just a bedroom rental. Neither of us are native to Kentucky, very polite, trust worthy and expect the same as we all have to share a home here. I do not rent to felons or drug addicts.
