$1,050 Room on Old West Side for Rent (Old West Side)

My girlfriend and I have a room available on the Old West side. The apartment is on the ground level and is on the very quiet 6th St. Good size kitchen and shared bathroom. Laundry is in the basement and is shared with the apartment upstairs (they're very nice). We are clean and like to relax with TV or board games in the evening but are usually gone during the day for work. We don't have any pets but would like to get a cat or dog at some point as an FYI. The apartment is furnished but the room is not. Our current roommate is in the process of moving out which is why the room is not completely empty. We are open to additional furnishings you may have and want you to feel at home and comfortable in the space. Cost is $1050 plus split share of the utilities (gas is covered so its just electric & internet). Please reach out if you're interested.
