Hello, I am looking for a roommate in a 3 BR 2.5 Bath town home. It is a great town home in a very nice neighborhood. I'm looking for a roommate in the West Palm / Palm Beach Gardens area. The home is located inside a gated community with many amenities including: gym, pool, 24-hour security, cable, tennis, soccer fields, and much more. The home has tile throughout the downstairs, wood laminate flooring upstairs, Granite counter tops, accordion shutters, huge pantry, and screened patio.
