No key access (never forget your keys again!). This is a 1st floor duplex with two levels. The room is on the top floor (1st floor). It's a 4 minute walk to the Central M and a 12 minute walk to the Jefferson L. Two blocks from Maria Hernandez park. There are plenty of dining, grocery, and nightlife spots. The room is 985 a month and the new roommate would have to be on the lease. The management company has to approve you. They are looking for good credit, 670 or above, and proof of 40 x income.
