Looking to share this 4 Bedroom, 2 Full Bathroom Home with all amenities. One room available is approximately 12' X 14' with move-in date on or before July 20th, 2025 and is $950/month Second room is approximately 9' X 13' and is available after July 25th, 2025 and is $900/month Everything included in the rent except electric and cable which runs approximately $60-70 each person/month We are 2 roomies that have been sharing this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home going on four years. I graduated Villanova years ago and my roommate is employed at Villanova College We get along great and enjoy each others company, and still have our own space and respect each others privacy. Location: Amazing, Walkable and Convenient to everything: Schools, Colleges, Hospitals, Public Transportation, Eateries, Trader Joe's, Entertainment, Libraries and the list goes on as you do not need a car Everything is shared in this beautiful home except for your room and we are looking for a mature, responsible, employed and or graduate student, good credit and a clean individual and a minimum of a 12month lease.
