Best Wishes in your search! ********************************************** This is a 1 ROOM RENTAL FOR 1 INDIVIDUAL in a 3 Bedroom 2 bath home. 6 month lease MINIMUM LEASE required @ $900 per month or Month to Month, with a 3 month minimum stay @ $975.00 per month. 1st and last months rent required to move in. NO COUPLES - Room is for ONE PERSON only. Must pass background check. Everything is included along with High Speed internet except no cable/satellite(We stream for entertainment purposes and you are responsible for your own streaming sources). My goal is to provide you a safe and comfortable home where you can sleep in peace without conflict. - [x] The neighborhood is very quiet. - [x] Neighbors are friendly and mind their own business. - [x] Great neighborhood to walk/exercise, as well as the walkway on Kernan Blvd. - [x] We are within walking distance to UNF and 7 miles west of the Beach. - [x] My neighborhood is dead center to everything such as grocery stores, restaurants, retail shopping, entertainment, auto parts and so much more. - [x] Neighborhood has lowest crime statistics in the City and a safe place to call home. - [x] We are very respectful here and clean. - [x] Home environment is stress and drama free. - [x] Located on major bus line - [x] Outdoor grilling - [x] Prof. Cleaning services available - [x] I take pride in my home and hope you will respect your surroundings as well as the furniture I’m letting you use. - [x] Please keep your area clean and you are responsible for purchasing your own toiletries and cleaning supplies. - [x] I’m a mature adult male 60 years old and have pets in my home so I am hoping you are an ANIMAL LOVER as I have 2 very loving dogs of my own. - [x] We are not night owls and call it a night by midnight and usually awaken by 7:30am - [x] Home is an excellent location if you’re a student as we are located next to UNF and within 2 miles of Florida State College - [x] Home has been completely upgraded with brand new appliances, granite counter tops, cabinets, vinyl waterproof flooring, stove, sink, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal as well as paint and baseboard. I will begin renovations shortly on the exterior yard, fencing, shade for the pool and who knows what else lol. I understand living with someone and renting to someone you don’t know can be a very stressful experience, so I list these bullet points just to give you an idea if we are compatible. If we’re not a match that’s okay. You need to be picky and you SHOULD be picky. You should also be able to live without conflict and be comfortable and safe in the environment you call home. There will be 3 of us living under the same roof so I will do my best to make sure we are all a good fit with one another. If for some reasons we are not then no hard feelings.
