We are 3 gay men seeking a roommate to rent a room in our 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 3100 ft.² home located in the beautiful Kanuga Lake section of Hendersonville. Bright sunny room with a view of the mountains. Shared bathroom, kitchen, living room and den. Washer/dryer, all utilities included – parking provided. Beautifully landscape yard with a porch in front and back and a greenhouse. We have 3 adorable and friendly rat terrors. Preferred older gay male 55–70 years old. No pets, smoking outside if necessary, limited guest with notice. Rent $800 per month, rent required 1st. day of the month. Proof of income and references. Standard rental agreement. Refundable security deposit of $400. Upon room inspection. Length of stay 6 months. 1 month notice required prior to leaving. Located 6 miles from downtown Hendersonville.
