Hello! I have one room for rent in the primary home on my property. The second bathroom is shared with one other roommate. Features a large backyard/patio, fireplace, central heating air, and laundry + storage space in garage. Newly updated laminate flooring, shower, toilet, etc. $800/month plus 1/3 split of utilities, which averages out to around $100-200, depending on the usage each month. Water, sewer, garbage, WiFi, and pest control are ALL paid by landlord. The current renter in the master bed/bath is a mature male. The 2nd roommate is a younger woman with 2 well-behaved cats that primarily stay in her room. Both are clean, respectful, easygoing, and work outside of the home. You will have an opportunity to meet them both while viewing the room! Photos of the home are posted - the shared spaces have since been furnished, however, you are welcome to bring some furniture, if desired. The room for rent comes unfurnished, however, I can include a bed, bed frame, and lamp, if you’d like. 🙂 The home is located in a safe and peaceful neighborhood.
