$750 / 106ft2 - Seeking short-term roommate near Columbia University (Harlem / Morningside)

Hello there! I am looking for a MALE/male-identified roommate. Seeking a guy for a short-term stay—at least one month--September thru year's end. Here are the particulars: =The monthly rent is: $750.00 (which includes ConEd costs) =First month and one month’s deposit when you move in (if more than 30 days) =Your room is 9’ x 14’ with 10’ ceilings, hardwood floor, and two large windows =Furnished with queen-sized bed, armoire, dresser, desk, and chair =We share the bathroom and kitchen Location: =About 10 blocks north and west of Columbia’s main gate =#1 train at 125th Street right ‘round the corner; takes about 20 minutes to get to Times Square (if things are running smoothly) =Quiet neighborhood filled with Columbia/Manhattan School of Music/Union Theological students, white-collar professionals, itinerant musicians, gay boys and girls, families, i.e., a good mix of folks =Mix of restaurants, coffee bars, drinking bars, and stores on Broadway and in surrounding area =Riverside Park is one block away Me: =Fifty-year+ resident of NYC; came with delusions of becoming an actor but came to my senses =Still working in nonprofit fundraising (or more than 30 years) =Gay man =Prefer to be social with my roommate; don’t like guys who pass through like a ghost =Not the greatest housekeeper but when I have a roommate I work at cleaning the common areas, especially the bathroom, on a more regular basis. (Please let me know if I’m slacking off!!) =Have a cat =Am a casual nudist, i.e., I prefer to be unclothed during hot weather, when scrubbing out the bathtub, walking to my room from the shower, etc.; it’s an issue of comfort, not “lifestyle” Well, that’s it/me in a nutshell.
