Location: The house is located in Aloha Gardens subdivision behind Aldi in Holiday. Room: Cozy room with large walk-in closet. Includes sheets/bedding, Smart TV, Internet ceiling, fan, door lock with key. Cost: $ 230 per week, all inclusive/no additional fees Move-in cost: $790, includes first week,last week and security deposit. It's a week to week agreement (no lease) but we prefer someone who plans on staying a few month or longer. The other roommates are between 45- 65 years old, easygoing, honest, clean, and respectful of others.
