The Room is in a 3-bedroom house and available ASAP. All Utilities, plus WiFi are included in rent. House is mins to I40 and I26 bypass, also near stores and restaurants in a nice quiet neighborhood. The room is furnished with a twin bed and a dresser. Sorry, no pets or couples, I'm looking for house mates that are over 30-35 years old and clean!!! BE CLEAN. I CANT STRESS THIS ENOUGH, YOU MUST BE A CLEAN PERSON, THAT CLEANS BEHIND YOURSELF. There is a cpl cats just FYI incase of allergies. Also I am a female and do not really care what gender you are. Rent is $225 a week, I prefer weekly payments. It cost $450 to move in (1 week rent $225, plus $225 deposit) NO HARD DRUGS, house is 420 friendly Will add pics asap.
