$1,370 / 3br - Room for Rent in Echo Park! (Los Angeles)

Hi! My roommate and I are seeking a third roommate for our cute spot in Echo Park. You’ll have your own unfurnished bedroom with an attached private bathroom in our 3 bed / 3 bath for $1,370/month + utilities. The bedroom currently fits a queen bed comfortably. Each room has a/c and heat wall units and there is a washer/dryer in the apartment. There’s lots of natural light and a cute patio! We have two cats that are very sweet and friendly, so being an animal lover is definitely a plus, but unfortunately this means there’s no room for any additional pets. There's always plenty of street parking, and we’re just a 5 minute walk to Sunset and a 15 minute walk to Echo Park Lake, with plenty of shops and cafés nearby. A little about us: I’m 28, female, juggling a mix of remote freelance work, modeling, and dog walking. My roommate is 27, female, a graphic designer who currently works 9–5 in person. She’s sober and I rarely drink, so we’re not big partiers. We both love beach days, thrifting, and winding down with some Love Island on the couch. We’re looking for a chill, clean gal we can mesh well with. You’ll need to go through a quick application with our landlord to be added to the lease. Our lease is month to month, and there is an initial deposit of $1900. Move in date: Flexible — anytime Sept through October 1st (latest).
