About the neighborhood: ideal charming location in Shaw, walking distance to grocery stores (Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Giant), metro, and many bars/restaurants. About us: We are 2 females in our early 30s. We like to maintain a tidy, respectful, chill home with plenty of baked goods, patio drinks, and chill movie nights.
