Hey all! Looking for a roommate in our spacious DTLA loft starting September 15th. We're right in the heart of the historic core - walking distance from bars, restaurants, grocery, the metro. Washer and dryer are in-unit, but there is no included parking spot. The room is $1200 a month and includes utilities and internet. We're two guys in our 30s, one working and one finishing a PhD, living here with a very sweet pitbull. Looking for someone mature and easy-going, of any gender or orientation.
