ABOUT ME:  My name is Trusive, Vietnamese-American and gay.  My photos are displayed, so you know whom you're contacting.  I work a hybrid office job and also rent/manage an entire duplex in the Picfair Village neighborhood of Mid-City (Central LA).  I'm a total Aries with a great sense of humor, personable, super clean/organized; and I do not drink, smoke or do drugs.  FYI, I am not 420 friendly.  You'll need to be dog-friendly because I own several German Shepherds on the property; strictly outdoors in the backyard (they do not reside inside of the duplex).  Though you won't be interacting with the dogs ever, they do bark and howl occasionally (not excessively) in case you're a light sleeper.   I am subleasing the guest bedroom with a separate guest bathroom for $1,100 rent (plus half of utilities) to only one working professional who is clean, neat and organized (a minimalist) on a month-to-month basis.  No pets are allowed.  However, if you are not clean and organized, then we are not a match.
