In search of a woman ages 30-45 roommate. Large furnished bedroom with a private bathroom and access to the clubhouse that includes a decent workout room and a swimming pool. There is also a fenced in area for dogs to roam. I am a woman, 42. I work from home one to two days a week and home most of the time. I’m an early morning riser and early to bed. I try to keep the house as clean as I can, but not a freak about it. I have two cats and a senior dog, enjoy the outdoors, community events and music. I don’t drink, smoke or vape. My politics are I care about people and the environment and for some that can be upsetting. What I would appreciate in a roommate: clean up after themselves including their living space and after meals. Does not smoke or vape tobacco. I don’t mind 420 just not in the home, there is a private patio for that. I’m fine with a person that has a dog as long as it gets along with cats and does not bark a lot. Most importantly, you are a responsible pet owner that takes your dog for walks, does not leave them alone often and cleans up after them. Finally, no guests unless you have an out of towner visiting. Sorry, your partner can’t live here too. I do require a background check and references and a meet and greet in person or FaceTime. Monthly rent is $1000 a month plus half of the utilities or $1200 a month utilities included. At the moment I fall below the efficient electric range which is $75 in the summer and $150 to $250 in the winter. Water has been around $70 every two months. The bill will definitely be higher with two people. I also provide internet. If the apocalypse or a revolution occurs during your lease I will obviously not be paying the bills so you won’t have to either.
