Requirements What You Bring Strategic Acumen: Deep experience in corporate communications, with a strong grasp of reputation management, executive positioning, and public affairs. Media Savvy: Strong relationships with influential media and a keen understanding of today’s dynamic media ecosystem. The Zia Singers is a dynamic, all-women's choral group based in Santa Fe, New Mexico. We are dedicated to celebrating music, community, and creativity through song. Our performances range from classical choral works to vibrant cabaret events, and we are seeking a Website and Marketing Manager to help expand our digital presence and support our evolving marketing needs. Position Summary The Website and Marketing Manager is responsible for maintaining our web presence, executing email and social media campaigns, supporting on-site concert ticketing, and leading the implementation of an integrated marketing strategy. This position reports to the Zia Singers Board Chair and works closely with the Chorus President and publicity team. This is a part-time position, approximately 10-12 hours per month. Key Responsibilities 1. Website Management (Choir Genius & Public Site) Maintain and update the member portal, Choir Genius, a choir management software. Maintenance includes scheduling, uploading Zoom recordings, updating member information, and managing materials. Update public homepage with events, ticket links, images, and news coverage. Collaborate with the Board Chair to evaluate potential new website platforms. Ensure donation, ticketing, and fundraising options are functional and user-friendly. 2. Email Marketing (Mailchimp) Design and deploy segmented campaigns for concerts, events, and fundraising. Maintain up-to-date mailing lists. Create invitations with donation/ticketing links. Collaborate with designers and test engagement strategies. 3. Social Media Develop and manage a content calendar. Design or coordinate social media graphics that utilize the brand's colors, fonts, and logos. Post content that promotes events, grows following, and attracts new members.
