Fyxer AI
Senior Account Executive (AI - Series A)
New York, NY, USA
This is the best sales job in the world.  Why?  We already have tens of thousands of happy users and companies using our product: your job will be to grow them.  Four months ago we hired our first sales hire in London and New York. In that time they have closed $400,000 worth of business. They’ve done this by speaking to our current customers and working with them to expand Fyxer AI into their entire business.  You’re joining a Series A AI company as one of the first 40 employees. We’re looking for driven, sharp, results-oriented sales professionals who love talking to customers, winning deals, and helping clients succeed.  Our market is huge, spanning professional services worldwide in every language. Our Marketing and Engineering teams work hard to fill your calendar, and then you’ll also contact our users directly.  Given our stage, your role blends Sales, Customer Success, Account Management.  What Are We Building? And How Has It Been Going? We launched our product in May 2024 and went from $0 to $1m in revenue across 3,000 paid users, without any paid marketing until November 2024. Since then we have been a rocket ship and grown from $1m to $10m in the last five months.  What Does Success Look Like? Hit your activity targets and hit your 6 month quota. How? Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams manage our entire self-serve motion, identifying opportunities and booking meetings for Sales.  Your role in sales focuses on engaging with accounts large enough to require a human touch—helping them understand the value of a broader solution for their company and managing the process to close. You’ll have access to over 10,000 current customers to connect with, alongside inbound meetings from these users. When your calendar isn’t full you’ll reach out to these companies and others we believe are worth focusing on.  Success comes from making every minute count—whether delivering high-quality meetings, making calls, or responding to customers—while consistently hitting your daily and weekly activity targets. Our Sales philosophy is simple:  Time spent talking to customers matters. We believe a modern sales team should be empowered to focus on meaningful conversations, fully supported by engineering and AI to maximize impact and efficiency. What Do We Value? Our team thrives in the 0-to-1 stage—moving fast, learning faster, and challenging the status quo to create better outcomes for customers. We value ownership and autonomy, trusting our people to act decisively and deliver results. Above all, we look for a curiosity-driven growth mindset—always learning, adapting, and putting customers at the heart of everything we do. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in B2B SaaS sales, moves at a very fast pace, and has a customer-centric mindset. This role is based in New York or the East Coast. As a fast-growing company, we value working together in person, so please apply if you’re in New York or London or are willing to relocate.
