Male kittens (Springfield)

I have three male orange tabbies. They're around 9-10 weeks old, don't know exact age. Their parents were abandoned and we took them in. Currently treating for fleas and worms however they seem to have a minor sinus infection but we're unable to take them to the vet for another two weeks. They are friendly, tho one is a bit shy. Is there anyone that would want a kitten? I'm willing to meet up to an hour and a half away.
