The Role Bevi is seeking a Strategic Business Operations Director to act as a high-impact internal consultant, partnering closely with the CEO, CFO, and cross-functional leaders to tackle the company’s most important strategic questions. You will lead high-priority, project-based work that drives growth, supports investment decisions, and helps prepare Bevi for its next phase of scale. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical horsepower, executive presence, and a passion for solving complex problems. You’ll bring structure, insight, and action to questions around customer segmentation, market expansion, go-to-market design, and overall business strategy—while helping the team stay ahead of competitive and industry trends. What You’ll Do Serve as a trusted thought partner and internal consultant to the CEO, CFO, and other senior leaders across the business. Lead ad hoc, project-based initiatives focused on growth, scale, and innovation—examples include customer segmentation and rollout strategy, channel and geographic expansion, pricing and packaging, or business model evolution. Drive competitive and market intelligence to inform Bevi’s positioning and identify whitespace opportunities. Translate customer insights and behavioral data into strategic recommendations in partnership with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success Design and run structured experiments and tests to validate strategic hypotheses, uncover customer insights, and inform prioritization of new initiatives or focus areas. Support strategic investment decisions by building business cases and defining success metrics Prepare executive-ready materials for the CEO and leadership team for Board meetings, strategic planning sessions, and company-wide communications Establish strategic frameworks and decision models that enable better, faster, and more informed execution across teams.
