We are seeking a seasoned financial leader to oversee financial operations for our AI/ML division and joint venture (JV) entities. This highly visible role is responsible for monthly financial close, budgeting, forecasting, and delivering strategic insights to executive leadership. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a business-partner mindset, supporting innovation and growth in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead monthly financial close and reporting processes for JV structures and the AI/ML business unit, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Own the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans across supported entities. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; translate findings into clear recommendations for business leaders. Partner with product, engineering, and legal teams, as well as third-party vendors, to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and operational planning. Manage JV accounting, intercompany transactions, and compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations. Prepare and present financial reports and performance updates to senior leadership and JV partners. Strengthen and maintain internal controls, financial governance, and best practices across reporting and planning functions. Support external and internal audits; ensure alignment with US GAAP and internal policies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline (MBA or CPA preferred). 8–10 years of progressive financial experience, including direct oversight of joint ventures or multi-entity business operations. Prior experience supporting technology, SaaS, or AI/ML teams strongly preferred. Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and business case development. Solid understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance requirements. Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills. Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and lead cross-functional collaboration. Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel; experience with planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan) a plus. Benefits Compensation: The salary range for this position starts at $165,000-195,000. A discretionary bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package.
