Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greet guests warmly and take orders with a positive attitude Ensure guests receive correct, high-quality orders promptly Handle cash, card, and mobile transactions accurately using a POS system Address customer questions or concerns professionally Food Preparation: Cook and assemble food orders following A&W recipes and standards Prepare beverages including root beer floats and soft drinks Follow food safety and cleanliness procedures Cleanliness & Maintenance: Maintain a clean work environment in kitchen, dining, and restroom areas Restock supplies, condiments, and packaging materials as needed Perform opening, mid-shift, or closing duties as assigned Teamwork: Work with fellow team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers Be willing to assist in other tasks or roles when necessary Qualifications: No previous experience required (on-the-job training provided) Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills Must be punctual and team-oriented Able to stand for long periods and lift 15–25 lbs if needed
