Enjoy proper work-life balance with us. Requirements Part Time Front Desk Assistant working in Office Services Division. Do you have 1+ years of law office experience, with Insurance Defense experience? The candidate must have front desk skills, such as answering the telephone, working with incoming and outgoing mail, saving and profiling documents within a case management system, sending out subpoenas via certified mail, logging returned green cards, e-filing, processing invoices, opening new case assignments and assist with closing out/final billing files. Candidate must be familiar with Microsoft Office. Responsibilities Include: ·         Scanning and importing mail (also imports any CDs/DVDs or USBs that may accompany the correspondence) ·         Scan all checks that arrive via USPS, FedEx or UPS ·         Completes fax request and sends confirmation emails ·         Completes print job request ·         Completes request for copies of CDs/DVDs or the transfer of files onto USBs ·         Prints documents and assembles binders (sometimes handles the packaging of the documents and/or binder for delivery) ·         Prints and sends outgoing mail for the employees working remotely.
