NYC immigration and trial litigation law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Immigration Trial Attorney to lead and litigate complex immigration matters, including removal defense, Convention Against Torture (CAT) claims, and applications for withholding of removal. The attorney will primarily appear before the immigration courts at 26 Federal Plaza and other venues throughout New York and New Jersey.
