Remote candidates are considered. Preference will be given to candidates located near either of our Utah offices. Role Overview As a Senior Contract Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing, drafting, negotiating, and managing a wide variety of commercial agreements across the business. You’ll be a trusted partner to Sales, and Executive team, and other departments, ensuring contract terms protect the company while enabling efficient deal flow and compliance with applicable regulations. Responsibilities Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of contracts, including: MSAs/SaaS agreements, NDAs, DPAs, SOWs, and partner/reseller agreements Vendor and procurement contracts Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales and stakeholders with procurement requests, Collaborate with departments to ensure contract terms align with department goals and policies, Create, maintain, and improve contract templates and playbooks Implement and optimize the use of CLM tool and other legal tech systems, including AI, Ensure compliance with internal policies and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) Lead contract training for business stakeholders and promote contract best practices Monitor and advise on contract obligations, renewals, and key performance indicators (KPIs) Build relationships with business teams Requirements Bachelor’s degree or paralegal preferred 5+ years of experience in contract management, with some experience at a SaaS company Deep understanding of SaaS agreements and enterprise customer relationships Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage multiple complex deals simultaneously Familiarity with data privacy, IP, and regulatory considerations in SaaS environments Proficiency with CLM platforms and Salesforce Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate legal language into practical business terms Strong organizational skills and a proactive, collaborative approach Experience working in a high-growth, mid-sized SaaS company Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate issues Strong business acumen and client-service orientation Interest in legal AI Benefits Flexible work environment Discretionary Vacation bonus Flexible paid time off Paid parental leave Competitive pay A full suite of traditional benefits Training/Advancement opportunities 401k with company-match Mental Health Wellness Support Financial wellness education Company-contributed HSA Headquarter perks include gym, pickleball, snacks & drinks, arcade, theater room, monthly All Hands lunch, etc. Lehi, Utah office perks include gym access, snacks & drinks, monthly All Hands lunch Our Core Values Vasion looks for people who will exemplify its core values and are driven to become: Action Owners (Extreme Ownership by Jocko Willink and Leif Babin) Candor Seekers (Radical Candor by Kim Scott) Relationship Builders (Leadership and Self-deception by The Arbinger Institute) Storytelling (Building a StoryBrand: Clarify Your Message So Customers Will Listen by Donald Miller) More About Vasion Visit https://www.vasion.com and https://vasion.com/careers/ Additional Information Vasion is an equal opportunity employer.
