Automotive Title Clerk Benefits, include: Top-tier benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision 401k with company match Paid time off & paid holidays Employee discounts Employee referral bonuses Annual reviews and merit increases As a Title Clerk, you are responsible for processing new and used vehicle sales transactions, verifying information for the accounting department and preparing legal transfer documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles. The showroom and the Title Clerk are one team – as they sell vehicles, they depend on you to help them remain compliant. The Title Clerk is responsible for pointing out deficiencies in title work and notifying the Director. As a Title Clerk, you must be diligent at following up on issues and open to finding alternative solutions to resolve problems. In this position, you may also assist with other office duties such as warranty administration, accounts payable, accounts receivable and other clerical items when needed. Teamwork and cross-training are a must, as all of our office staff work closely with each other to ensure the success of the entire dealership!
