We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable associate attorney to join our growing team in Irvine, CA. This person will work hands on from inception of a case to trial with the assistance of an enthusiastic and knowledgeable team. Conduct IP audits, due diligence reviews, and develop risk analysis in M&A transactions and assessments of third-party intellectual property rights.
