The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in personal injury litigation, be licensed to practice in Texas and posses exceptional legal acumen. Job description Attorney - Personal Injury (Remote) - Compensation $150,000 base Salary. Up to $200,000 annual bonus. Total Compensation not to exceed $300,000 per year. Bush & Bush Law Group is a plaintiff’s personal injury practice looking for a skilled attorney licensed in the state of Texas. Key Responsibilities: As a litigation attorney, you will manage a variety of personal injury cases, including car accidents, trucking accidents, and slip and fall incidents. Your duties will include: Filing lawsuits Drafting and responding to written discovery Taking depositions Participating in mediation Handling all aspects of the litigation process Requirements: Minimum of 7 years of experience in discovery, depositions, mediation, and trials 1st chair trial experience is mandatory (No less than 7 trials to verdict will be considered) MUST BE LICENSED TO PRACTICE IN TEXAS Expertise in all phases of personal injury cases, from inception through litigation to trial or settlement Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong analytical, negotiation, organizational, and communication skills Experience interacting directly with clients, evaluating cases, and counseling clients on legal matters professionally. Comfortable working with other attorneys and litigation team members, while managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines Additional Qualifications: Bilingual skills are not required but are a plus Proficiency in drafting motions and memoranda Personal injury experience is required Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM License/Certification: Must be licensed to practice in Texas and in good standing with the Bar Federal court licensure and appellate experience are a plus, but not required.
