Requirements 1+ years of experience in civil litigation in a law firm environment. Trial experience is a plus! Exceptional communication and advocacy skills along with a client-focused mindset and a passion for achieving successful outcomes. Desire and/or ability to manage a caseload independently, while also working collaboratively with team members.
