About the Role We are seeking a personable, detail-oriented Associate Attorney with a passion for estate planning to join our Sacramento office. This position works closely with the Managing Partner and will be involved in all phases of estate planning—from initial consultations through document drafting and signing meetings. You’ll also assist with trust administration, conservatorship, and probate matters as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values thoughtful client relationships and enjoys helping individuals protect their legacies and loved ones. Responsibilities Meet with clients for consultations and follow-ups in both our Sacramento and Elk Grove Offices Draft comprehensive estate planning documents Conduct document review sessions and oversee client signings Help manage trust administration, probate, and conservatorship cases Maintain accurate and timely client records and communication Collaborate with support staff and attorneys to ensure a seamless client experience Requirements What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of estate planning experience preferred Member in good standing with the California Bar Strong listening, writing, and interpersonal skills Professional, approachable demeanor and a high degree of empathy Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented setting Proficiency with Microsoft Office required; experience with WealthCounsel, LexisNexis, and Abacus Law, a plus Benefits Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience Health insurance coverage Employer-matched 401(k) Paid time off and generous holiday schedule Supportive and collegial work environment How to Apply Please submit your résumé and a tailored cover letter explaining your interest in this position and how your experience aligns with our firm’s mission.
