We are seeking an exceptional attorney to review and analyze documents received as discovery in a derivative litigation. Experience on similar types of large document reviews, comfort with online document review platforms, such as Relativity, and high attention to detail are required. The position is expected to last for a few months. The candidate will be expected to work remotely on a full-time basis. The rate for this position will be $46 per hour. Qualified candidates must be licensed, active, and in good standing in New York, California, or Delaware. You will be eligible for the firm’s benefits. You must be available to work 35-40 hours per week (Monday-Friday) and during normal business hours.

Your Role As our Probate Paralegal, you’ll play a key role in supporting attorneys and clients through estate planning and administration. Requirements Probate Law Responsibilities Estate Planning Assist clients in clarifying estate planning wishes and drafting key documents, including Trusts, LLCs, Wills, and Deeds. Collaborate with attorneys in consultation and design meetings. Act as a witness during document execution and coordinate deed filings, including multi-jurisdictional tasks. Estate Administration Support attorneys during initial consultations and ensure court documents are accurately prepared and filed. Work with clients to marshal assets, draft accountings, and facilitate progress meetings. Maintain communication with beneficiaries and assist with final fund distributions. Qualifications 2-3 years’ Probate paralegal experience Paralegal certificate or equivalent education Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ACRIS or other legal software is a plus. Benefits Competitive salary: $65,000–$95,000 (based on experience & qualifications).
