Production: Leather Cutting & Preparation (San Marcos, CA) We are looking for dependable and detail-focused Production team members to join our leather manufacturing team during morning and afternoon shifts. This position plays a key role in cutting and preparing leather materials to meet production requirements. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with their hands, has a keen eye for quality, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Shifts Available: Morning Shift: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday Location: San Marcos, CA Key Responsibilities: Cut leather goods, including materials for golf headcovers, bags, and apparel. Use cutting templates, dies, and industrial tools with precision. Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail. Prepare leather for sewing, embroidery, and finishing processes. Assist in organizing materials and setting up production stations. Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and weekly goals. Qualifications: Experience in leatherwork or material cutting is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic. Comfortable working with knives, dies, or cutting machines.
