TEHORA is currently seeking a Change Management Advisor with strong technical skills, extensive knowledge, and a desire to apply their expertise within a versatile team. The following, while not exhaustive, outlines the services and deliverables expected from the selected candidate. Scope of work or deliverables: - Guide and support clients throughout their digital transformation projects from start to finish; - Co-develop customized transformation solutions for clients; - Plan, organize, and oversee all change management activities, ensuring deliverables are clearly understood; - Collaborate regularly with clients and colleagues to generate innovative ideas and leverage collective expertise. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business administration, HR, organizational development, industrial engineering, communications, or psychology); - 8 to 10 years of experience in information technology; - Relevant experience in organizational development; - Expertise in change management; - Relevant experience in coaching managers; - Enthusiasm for teamwork and a fun work environment.
