Job Duties: Handle client communication in Spanish and English Assist attorneys with personal injury cases from intake through settlement/trial Draft letters, legal documents, and organize case files Request and review medical records and bills Communicate with insurance companies and medical providers Keep case management system updated Requirements: Fluent in Spanish and English Paralegal or legal assistant experience preferred (personal injury a plus) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Professional and friendly client service skills Basic computer skills (Word, Outlook, case management software) Immigration law knowledge is helpful, but not required Compensation: Full-time position Pay based on experience

A drive for excellence and a willingness to take the initiative to solve problems. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
