Duties include answering phones, scheduling meetings, client communications, assisting attorney with all aspects of real estate transactions-readying files for closing, preparing closing binders, preparing simple estate planning forms (POAs, Health Care Proxies, etc)

This can be in either office. There is flexibility as to what day is worked remotely. Down the line, there *could* be a possibility of 3 days in-office/2 days remote. It is 40 hours/week.
