KEY REPSONSIBILITIES: *Be able to identify bid opportunities, evaluate and complete bids, material take-offs. *Coordinate and provide support to field and sales staff and manage the project from bid to completion. *Continually track project to ensure it is on track and billing is accurate. *Consult with clients, vendors and other individuals on bidding documents. *Develop the most effective means and methods of construction. *This is a full-time in office position. Safely operate a Pick-up/Delivery Service truck daily Ensure truck is loaded with all necessary equipment and materials to complete all work assigned for the day and the load is correctly secured Repair portable restroom units as necessary Provide onsite moves of equipment, and pick-up/delivery as requested Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles, maintain truck logs Load and unload units Frequent customer interaction, including recommendations for any additional services and supplies needed Excellent housekeeping of assigned vehicles and facility Perform duties safely at all times, maintain safe and clean and safe work area, and attend all tailgate and trimester/quarterly safety meetings.
