Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 7:40 AM – 3:55 PM Pay: Entry Level: $18.00/hour RBT Certified: $20.00/hour Lead Roles (growth opportunity): Up to $22.00/hour Merit Raises: $0.50 every six months with appropriate performance RBT Certification required within first 90 days We provide all training and you will earn a raise for being certified! About the Role We’re seeking compassionate, reliable individuals to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 1–6 with Autism Spectrum Disorder. As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work directly with children in a clinic setting, helping them build critical life skills through fun, play-based learning. You’ll be trained and supported by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) every step of the way. Requirements Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 1–6 Implement behavior intervention plans written by a BCBA Collect and track data on progress Support daily care tasks (e.g., feeding, diapering, dressing, grooming) Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment Collaborate with teammates and communicate professionally with families Encourage play, social engagement, and positive behavior Participate in regular training and feedback sessions What We're Looking For Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and apply feedback Reliable, flexible, and motivated to grow Able to physically and emotionally support children with challenging behaviors Must not have immediate family members currently receiving therapy at our clinics Benefits Why Join Us?
