All coaches take part in our GOLFTEC University (GTU) training program where they learn from some of the best golf instructors in the industry and further their career in golf. GTU is a combination of on-the-job training at the GOLFTEC Center and in person training at GOLFTEC HQ in the Denver Metro Area. We are looking for those who have a passion for teaching golf, a drive to succeed as a team, and enjoy using the best technology in the golf industry. Key Responsibilities: Graduate from GOLFTEC University, GOLFTEC’s comprehensive training program Utilize the best technology in the golf industry to help people play better golf Recommend teaching content to support custom lesson plans for students of varying skill levels Provide GOLFTEC services for each student, including TECFIT Club Fitting, outdoor playing lessons, short game lessons, and more! Create a high-level experience for GOLFTEC students both inside and outside of training bays Use GOLFTEC’s proprietary technology, including Optimotion and TECSWING teaching software Maintain the GOLFTEC Training Center environment, equipment, and technology Perform daily opening & closing functions for the Training Center Participate in continuing education (distance learning, seminars, etc.) Uphold GOLFTEC’s core values of Fun, Integrity, Improvement, and Team Requirements 2+ years of experience in golf instruction or club fitting is preferred Prior knowledge of golf swing mechanics is highly preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Collaborate in a professional, team-based environment Ability to stand, bend, kneel or crouch for extended periods and lift items weighing more than 30 pounds Affiliation with the PGA/LPGA is a plus! Brand Ambassador / Fitness Specialist (2-Day Activation This Weekend + Future Events) Location: Brooklyn, NY (for setup and breakdown) and on-site at the event in NJ Dates: Friday, July 16 & Saturday, July 17 | 9AM–5PM We’re seeking a personable, polished, and proactive individual to support a high-end fitness+ wellness pop-up event this weekend. You'll assist with setup, guest experience, and support a licensed instructor in delivering a smooth, engaging activation. About the Role: Represent a boutique Brooklyn-based fitness brand at an exclusive outdoor event in New Jersey. Responsibilities include interacting with guests, light setup and breakdown, driving support, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. Ideal Candidate: - Charismatic with excellent people skills - Experience in boutique fitness, luxury events, or wellness pop-ups - Professional appearance and demeanor - Comfortable engaging with VIP clientele - Clean driving record, up to date license, and comfortable driving (may be asked to drive a U-Haul or Van) - Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented Requirements: - Outgoing and energetic presence - Able to lift and transport event materials - Communicates clearly and efficiently - Available both Friday and Saturday - Comfortable dressing appropriately for upscale events - Access to a car is strongly preferred, as some travel to event locations may be required Compensation: - $30/hr, paid in full at the end of the weekend Project-based role with potential for future opportunities
