Requirements Hold a nationally recognized certification in Personal Training. Must have at least 1 year experience working with clients with injuries Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Personal Trainer. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition. Ability to develop personalized fitness programs for clients of all fitness levels and abilities. CPR/AED certification. Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Must have reliable transportation to and from the club. This role reports to the Middle School OST and Athletics Director. The ideal candidate has experience coaching middle school-aged students, and has an understanding of cheer as a player and coach.
