IS International Services is seeking a highly skilled Vibration Engineer who will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of rotating machinery used in power generation and oil & gas applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in vibration analysis, predictive maintenance techniques, and an understanding of mechanical systems. The Vibration Engineer will be responsible for: Conducting vibration analysis and diagnostics on various machinery, including turbines, compressors, pumps, and generators. Interpreting vibration data to identify issues, recommending corrective actions, and optimizing equipment performance. Developing and implementing predictive maintenance programs to enhance machinery reliability. Working collaboratively with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and modifications. Creating detailed reports summarizing findings, analyses, and recommendations for clients. Providing training and support to junior engineers and technicians in vibration analysis and best practices. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in vibration analysis and machinery diagnostics within the power generation or oil & gas industry. Requirements: Must be familiar with Bentley Nevada Vibration Monitoring Equipment BN7200 Proficiency in vibration analysis tools and software, including FFT analysis and modal analysis. Strong understanding of mechanical systems and rotating equipment. Familiarity with condition monitoring techniques and maintenance strategies. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Certifications: Certification in vibration analysis (such as ISO 18436 or comparable) is preferred.

Applicants must have 5 years of experience in all facets of building exterior envelope, weatherproofing, masonry repair, historic preservation, landmarks, and roofing projects. Ability to work remotely (from home) and independently. Capable to perform visual inspections of exterior facades (from scaffolds and fire escapes) and preparation of the inspection reports including FISP/LL11 reports Ability to inspect and identify deterioration of the various types of the exterior facades Ability to produce a full set of facade repair drawings, details, bid forms, and specifications Construction Administration, including review of the AIA payment applications and change orders Capable of managing multiple projects at the same time Track the construction schedule and budget Proficiency in AutoCAD, Word, Excel Scaffold certification and OSHA 10 hour certification are preferred, otherwise must complete within three months from the date of hire, fees are covered by the Company Salary depends on qualifications and experience - $65,000 - $100,000

An immediate position is open for a Project Administrator at an established HVAC company in Brooklyn NY. Duties and preferred requirements: Oversee HVAC projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate and schedule work with general contractors and/or customers. Attend meetings on site. Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, vendors, suppliers, employees and other sub-contractors on job sites. Oversee work progression by piping and sheet metal mechanics to ensure scheduled completion of job is on track. Ascertain and coordinate job site requirements with regards to equipment, tools, material and labor with the Engineer. Communicate and resolve with management any issues occurring at job sites. Prepare, release and track purchase orders for equipment and material for job sites. Ensure equipment and material deliveries are accurate and complete. Schedule delivery of equipment to job sites and oversee installation. Take field measurements, report on variances and make any adjustments needed. Submit and track submittals and change orders. Create and track RFIs. Prepare and submit close out documents as requested by customers. Must have excellent communication skills. Must be able to read CAD drawings. CAD drafting experience a PLUS. Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and in a timely manner. Able to work in a fast paced, challenging environment supervised or independently. Must be dependable and detail oriented. Store Display and fixture Design company is seeking an experienced, motivated and responsible individual to fill the position of Draftsperson designer. Must be experienced with the process of producing client drawings and production/fabrication drawings. Must be experienced and proficient in CAD and CAM software, 3D rendering. Experience in creating CNC files required. The ideal candidate should be skilled in drafting decorative patterns, understanding materials and engineering, daily interaction with the production team, intricate millwork and heavily sculpted three-dimensional elements for production, great team working skills requested. Candidate must be familiar with materials such as solid wood, plywood, plastic, metal fabrication and veneer work.
