In this role, you will lead our children in fun and educational soccer activities while ensuring their safety. We are looking for energetic individuals who enjoy working with children and have a love for the game of soccer. As a Soccer Stars Coach, you will have the opportunity to work with children of various age groups and skill levels. You will be responsible for teaching them fundamental soccer skills and promoting a positive and supportive environment. Our classes are held during school hours and on weekend mornings, and the ideal candidate would have availability during these times. When You’ll Work Pick one shift or mix and match (approx. 5-15 hrs/week): Weekday Mornings - Mon-Fri - 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM Weekday Afternoons - Mon-Fri - 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM (PRIORITY) Weekend Mornings - Sat-Sun - 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM Top candidates who can cover all shifts, five or more days a week, may qualify for a sign-on bonus. Requirements What You Bring Big, outgoing personality and genuine love for kids. Comfort coaching ages 2-10 (experience as a coach, camp counselor, teacher, sitter, etc. a plus). Passion for soccer and readiness to learn age-appropriate drills. Clear, friendly communication skills. Reliable transportation and valid U.S. work authorization. As the largest multi-sport enrichment program in the country, Amazing Athletes focuses on providing children ages 1-6 with positive movement experiences to help them meet their motor-development milestones. The Preschool Sports Coach will teach the fundamentals of 10 sports in a non-competitive environment, incorporating lessons about nutrition and muscle groups to enhance motor skills and physical literacy. Additionally, the Preschool Sports Coach will lead classes, camps, private groups, school enrichment, and birthday parties. Super Soccer Stars is seeking a dedicated and passionate Youth Soccer Travel Coach to join our team. As a Youth Soccer Travel Coach, you will be the face and front line of Super Soccer Stars in each class, interacting with parents, teachers, directors, club board members, and children on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will include assisting and teaching energetic and motivating travel soccer sessions, connecting and challenging each child, and inspiring a love of soccer in a fun, team-based environment. You will also effectively and clearly communicate any issues to the office and provide solutions, show up on time to classes, set up and break down equipment, and provide hands-on individual and group attention to children. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing a high level of technical and tactical training to all players.Requirements To be successful in this role, you must have your own reliable transportation and be willing to travel up to 45 minutes one-way to get to class locations. Candidates are recommended to be fully vaccinated upon commencing employment, subject to legally required exemptions. Punctuality, a willingness to learn and accept feedback, and experience in or a strong desire to work in a travel club environment are also important. Prior experience working with children is preferred, and you must be a motivated, energetic and patient individual. A coaching license is mandatory and you must have availability during weekday afternoons (3 pm - 9 pm) and must be able to work one weekend morning (8:30 am - 1 pm).
