We are seeking a full-time Wealth Management Assistant to support operational and client service functions within a fast-paced financial services environment. This individual plays a critical role in ensuring that transactions are processed accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities: Open and set up new accounts across platforms such as National Financial Services, Envestnet, and AnnuityRight. Process and reconcile client transactions and distribution requests. Create and monitor transfer requests to ensure timely movement of funds. Research and resolve client inquiries and service issues. Review time-sensitive and complex documentation for accuracy and compliance. Maintain detailed client records and activity logs in Redtail CRM. Communicate status updates and resolutions clearly with clients. Update account information and maintain ongoing documentation. Participate in special projects and administrative support tasks as assigned. Requirements Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in administrative support or customer service within financial services. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively. High attention to detail with effective problem-solving abilities. Excellent phone etiquette and written/verbal communication skills. Ability to follow processes and procedures with consistency. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Redtail CRM or similar client management systems. Familiarity with account platforms such as NFS, Envestnet, and AnnuityRight. Processes and balances bond redemptions when necessary. Prepares daily checks received for deposit.  This includes balancing, scanning checks, posting general ledgers. Makes copies and files correspondence and other records on a daily basis. Performs miscellaneous duties such as assisting in monitoring supplies and end of day and end of month audit procedures. Opens and closes the branch as needed.
