Perform routine transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. Open and maintain accounts, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Conduct interviews for loan applicants and process applications, analyzing credit history and background information. Cross-sell various credit union products and services to enhance member satisfaction and loyalty. Assist members with electronic services and promote features such as online banking. Balance cash drawers and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.   Compensation: The pay range for this position is $16.39- $20.49 per hour, based on experience. Requirements Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role or in customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze member needs and provide appropriate solutions. Proficiency in relevant software applications and technology with a willingness to learn new systems.
