Requirements Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in administrative support or customer service within financial services. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively. High attention to detail with effective problem-solving abilities. Excellent phone etiquette and written/verbal communication skills. Ability to follow processes and procedures with consistency.
