What you'll do: Engage customers with a friendly and knowledgeable approach, helping them discover the best-fit used appliances for their needs. Utilize your tech-savvy skills to efficiently navigate product information, inventory systems, and point-of-sale systems. Clearly and persuasively communicate the features and benefits of our appliances to individual customers and small groups. Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and coordinating deliveries or installations. Maintain accurate records, paying close attention to detail in all aspects of the sales process. Assist with store organization and display, ensuring a visually appealing and inviting environment. What we're looking for: Motivated & Trustworthy: You're a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a commitment to integrity. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with basic computer systems, online research, and embracing new technologies. Excellent Communicator: You enjoy talking to people, actively listening to their needs, and can clearly articulate information. Public Speaking Ability: Confidently engage with customers in groups, sharing information and answering questions effectively. Stay informed about industry trends, products, and services to confidently address customer queries. Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for accuracy and ensure everything is handled precisely. Experience working with people/groups: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or public facing roles is preferred. Basic Math Skills: You can confidently handle calculations, including discounts, percentages, and cash transactions. Strong Literacy: Able to read, write, and spell accurately and efficiently. Decent Phone Skills: Handle phone inquiries professionally and effectively, including taking messages and providing assistance. Punctual & Reliable: You're consistently on time and can be counted on to complete your tasks.
