Friendly and low-key small law firm seeks part-time to full-time legal secretary for litigation practice. Position requires candidate to work in-person. Candidate should be proficient typist with experience in WordPerfect, including experience preparing legal pleadings and WordPerfect Tables of Contents and Tables of Authorities, as well judicial council forms. Experience with transcription is helpful. Litigation experience in e-filing documents in state county courts is preferred as well as knowledge of discovery and trial preparation for primarily real property, probate, and civil litigation practice.
