The law firm is seeking a full-time Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join our dedicated team in Garden City. This position is onsite, five days a week, and is ideal for a motivated attorney with a strong background in workers’ compensation law and experience handling virtual hearings. This position requires an individual who is highly organized, proactive, and confident in managing a full caseload from intake through resolution. Responsibilities Negotiate personal injury settlements in both pre-litigation and litigation stages.. Regularly communicate with insurance adjusters, defense attorneys, and medical providers. Maintain accurate case records, documenting all correspondence, conversations, and negotiations. Strong understanding of personal injury cases, and negotiation techniques. Well-versed in medical terminology, etiology and analysis Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work independently while also taking direction when needed.
