Responsibilities Work alongside the Residential Operational Leadership Team to provide risk management analysis and integration into all facets of business operations Provide case management, claims monitoring, communication, research, and coordination with internal and external parties including reporting and memorandums to General Counsel, briefings with assigned external counsel and internal operations teams Assist in preparation and review of legal documents Communicate with clients and adjusters Qualifications Bachelor's degree, preferably with an emphasis on a risk management specialty 5+ years of relevant Paralegal experience Strong understanding of policies and best practices of risk management Strong organizational project management skills Ability to think independently and critically, analyze and solve problems, and successfully implement solutions Strong interpersonal skills with high proficiency in written and verbal communication Experience in insurance claims management direct to carrier/Broker Multi-family CRE or similar background a plus Candidates must be able to work a 4 day/week in-office schedule. This can be in either office. There is flexibility as to what day is worked remotely. Down the line, there *could* be a possibility of 3 days in-office/2 days remote. It is 40 hours/week.
