As we grow, we’re seeking a skilled Pre-Litigation Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and is passionate about guiding clients through the critical early stages of their personal injury claims. Your Role You will be the primary advocate and organizer for clients during the pre-litigation phase—ensuring cases move smoothly and clients stay informed and supported every step of the way. Using the latest legal technology, you’ll coordinate medical treatments, manage records, communicate with insurance adjusters, and collaborate closely with attorneys to prepare demand packages. What You’ll Be Doing Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and support throughout pre-litigation Organize and maintain client files, medical records, bills, and settlement demands with accuracy and attention to detail Communicate directly with insurance adjusters to facilitate claims and confirm coverage Assist clients in scheduling and tracking medical treatments while verifying records and outstanding balances Prepare legal documents, draft settlement demand letters, and assemble comprehensive demand packages alongside attorneys and legal assistants Collaborate closely with the legal team to troubleshoot issues and keep cases progressing efficiently Leverage advanced case management software and cloud-based tools to streamline workflows and maximize productivity Why Join the Kenny Habetz Team?
